Samba banned for Blackburn

Christopher Samba is suspended for Blackburn’s visit to Liverpool on Sunday but Ryan Nelsen may have recovered from a thigh injury picked up on international duty.

Keith Andrews (groin), Jason Roberts (ankle) and Vince Grella (hamstring) are out.
