Striker returns for Wigan

Franco Di Santo recovered from an ankle injury to take his place in the Wigan line-up for this afternoon’s Barclays Premier League clash against Wolves.

Di Santo started at the DW Stadium in one of two changes made by manager Roberto Martinez from last week’s 0-0 draw at Birmingham, with Jordi Gomez also coming in and Mohamed Diame and Ronnie Stam relegated to the bench.

For Wolves, Michael Mancienne was preferred to David Jones while Jelle Van Damme was named among the substitutes in place of Adlene Guedioura, who broke his leg in the defeat against Aston Villa last week.
