Drogheda hoping to scupper Bohs' faint title hopes
Bohemians can keep the pressure on table-toppers Shamrock Rovers when they take on Drogheda United at Dalymount Park, kick-off 7.45pm.
Gypsies boss Pat Fenlon expects to have all players available for selection except long-term injuries Stephen Gray and Anto Murphy.
And the Bohs boss will be hoping for a repeat performance from the two sides last encounter when a Gareth McGlynn goal was the difference between the two sides.
Fenlon said: “Gareth scored a great winner for us in Drogheda, and they will make it hard for us again as they go looking to nick at least a point from us.
“We were very, very good in the first half in particular. We created lots of chances and could well have scored a few more. We let them into it a bit more in the second half. But it was a good performance, with a lot of players playing forward.”
Drogheda will be hoping to bounce back from their defeat to Dundalk on Friday night.
And United will have to plan without utility player Eric McGill due to injury.
And striker Glenn Fitzpatrick is also ruled out as he is serving a suspension.
Another but victory for Drogheda could see them end up at the foot of the table going into the final six games.
