Allardyce plans Rovers changes

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce will consider making changes for tomorrow’s Carling Cup clash against Norwich but his choices are limited by injuries.

Pascal Chimbonda (broken nose), Vince Grella (calf), Keith Andrews and David Dunn (both groin) missed Saturday’s loss to Birmingham and are again doubtful for the second-round tie at Ewood Park.

Back-up goalkeeper Mark Bunn could be given a chance to start in place of first-choice Paul Robinson. The likes of Amine Linganzi, Grant Hanley, Aaron Doran and Frank Fielding could also come into contention to face the npower Championship club.

Provisional squad: Robinson, Bunn, Olsson, Samba, Givet, Nelsen, Salgado, Jones, Pedersen, Nzonzi, Kalinic, E-H Diouf, M B Diouf, Emerton, Hoilett, Jacobsen, Morris, Judge, Linganzi, Hanley, Doran, Fielding.
