West Brom have become the latest Barclays Premier League to ban vuvuzelas from all matches at The Hawthorns next season.

West Brom have become the latest Barclays Premier League to ban vuvuzelas from all matches at The Hawthorns next season.

The Baggies feel the instruments would contravene Premier League and Football League ground regulations and also be unpopular with supporters.

The Premier League newcomers join other top-flight clubs who have banned vuvuzelas including Tottenham, Arsenal, Birmingham, Everton, Fulham and West Ham.

The horns proved a hit with fans at the World Cup in South Africa.
