Long night for Dundalk in Sofia

Dundalk’s Europa League hopes died in flames as they were thrashed in Sofia.
It started badly for Ian Foster's side when keeper Peter Cherrie didn’t deal with a corner and Hristo Yovov shot home following a goalmouth scramble to give Levski the lead on 12 minutes.
Things got worse from then on.
Two minutes later Daniel Mladenov was allowed waltz through the centre and fire past Cherrie.
Ciaran McGuigan hit the post on the half hour as Dundalk fought back, but the
But Garra Dembele added a third goal for Levski on 42 minutes to effectively end the tie as a contest.
Mladenov got his second goal of the night a minute into the second half.
Ismail Isa Mustafa added two goals late on, in the 84th and 94th minutes, to surely put Levski safely through to the third round ahead of the return at Oriel Park next week.
