Two goals from Alan Kirby helped Sporting Fingal warm up nicely for their Europa League trip to Madeira next week as they won comfortably at bottom-of-the-table Bray.

Glen Crowe gave Sporting the start they would have wanted with the lead goal on 12 minutes.

Conan Byrne supplied the cross and striker Crowe forced the ball past Brian Kane.

It was 2-0 seven minutes later when Kane could only parry at the feet of the in-rushing Eamon Zayed from Ger O’Brien’s pass and midfielder Alan Kirby shot home the rebound.

Kirby added the third on 61 minutes, again availing of a rebound to rifle to the net from close range.
