Few injury doubts for Connor

Galway United and Bray Wanderers go head-to-head in tonight’s Airtricity League Premier Division clash at Terryland Park (kick-off 7.45pm).

United will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing defeat to St Patrick’s Athletic on Friday night.

Boss Sean Connor will have a near full-strength squad to choose from for the visit of Bray.

Alan Murphy remains out through injury, although midfielder Derek O’Brien may be in line to start after coming on as a sub in Inchicore on Friday night.

For Bray, Shane O'Connor is suspended for the trip west, as is Chris Shields who has reached four penalty points.

Also missing is long-term injury victims Richie Baker and David Tyrrell.

Wanderers manager Eddie Gormly said: “I am looking forward to the trip to Galway. The players will have more belief and confidence going into the game.

“It will be a tough game. We don't have a great record against them in Terryland but we will give it a good go and see what happens.”
