Murphy and Gray out for Gypsies

Bohemians and Sporting Fingal go head-to-head in tonight’s Dublin derby at Dalymount Park, kick-off 7.45pm.

Anto Murphy and Stephen Gray (both Achilles) are ruled out for the Gypsies, while there are doubts about Jason Byrne, Killian Brennan and Jason McGuinness.

Bohs boss Pat Fenlon said: “They are a decent team. They are up in the table on their merits and we know it's going to be tough.

“We played well up in Fingal but, although we won, we didn't play too well in Dalymount. We need to kick on from here and the players need to continue this run.”

Stephen Paisley returns to the Fingal squad after recovering from injury, however, fellow defenders Shaun Maher and John Frost miss out through suspension.

Gary O’Neill is back in full training following a groin injury and could make an earlier than expected comeback should he pass a pre-match fitness test.

Sporting boss Liam Buckley said: “Facing the champions is a challenge our lads look forward to. As we showed in our last league visit to Dalymount, there wasn’t much between the sides apart from a disputed penalty though I’ve no complaints about their win at our place.”
