Silva craves Chelsea move

Spain winger David Silva says “the Premier League is the place to be” – and has set his sights on a move to Chelsea.

The Valencia star, currently on World Cup duty, has been linked with a number of Barclays Premier League sides, among them cash-laden Manchester City and arch rivals Manchester United.
