Wenger looks forward after Champions League defeat

Arsene Wenger has called on his battle-weary Arsenal squad to dig deep and recover quickly from their Champions League exit at the hands of Barcelona and four-goal Lionel Messi – with victory at north London rivals Tottenham next week.

The Gunners were last night missing several key men in the Nou Camp – such as captain Cesc Fabregas, Andrey Arshavin and Alex Song – and saw their dreams of European glory ended by a master class from Messi.
