Ancelotti: United not the same without Rooney

Chelsea seized control of the Premier League title race with a 2-1 win at Old Trafford before manager Carlo Ancelotti rubbed salt into Manchester United's wounds, saying the Blues' title rivals are far weaker without Wayne Rooney.

An ankle injury meant the England and United forward missed Saturday's loss, which saw the Blues take a two-point lead at the top of the table with five matches remaining.
