Double injury blow for Pompey

Portsmouth’s FA Cup hopes have been hit by the news defender Hermann Hreidarsson and striker Danny Webber face at least six months on the sidelines.

A scan today revealed Webber suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Tottenham. The striker will see a specialist in London next week ahead of surgery.
