Celtic will appeal the red card given to Scott Brown during today’s defeat by Rangers at Ibrox, according to the club’s official website.

In the 65th minute referee Dougie McDonald sent off the Hoops captain following a wrestling match with Rangers midfielder Kyle Lafferty, who escaped punishment.
