Kelly back for Fulham

Fulham manager Roy Hodgson makes one enforced change for the Europa League trip to Shakhtar Donetsk.

Full-back Nicky Shorey is ineligible so Stephen Kelly will return in defence, as he did for Fulham’s 2-1 first leg win.

Stefano Okaka is also cup-tied while Andrew Johnson, Clint Dempsey and John Pantsil (all knee) are still out.
