Big guns handed FA Cup home ties

The big guns left in the competition have been handed home draws in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Cup holders Chelsea are at home to Cardiff City while Manchester City, who got past Scunthorpe United this afternoon, will come up against fellow Premier League side Stoke City who conquered Arsenal in the cup today.

Martin O'Neill's Aston Villa face the prospect of a visit from local rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers if Mick McCarthy's team get past Crystal Palace.

And the draw threw up a south coast derby with Southampton visiting Portsmouth in three weeks time.

FA CUP FIFTH ROUND DRAW:

Wolves/Crystal Palace v Aston Villa

Man City v Stoke

Derby v Birmingham

Bolton v Leeds/Tottenham

Chelsea v Cardiff

Fulham v Notts County/Wigan

Reading v West Brom

Southampton v Portsmouth
