O'Neill dismisses loan deal for Davies

Aston Villa manager Martin O’Neill has dashed Celtic’s hopes of signing fit-again central defender Curtis Davies on loan.

Bhoys boss Tony Mowbray was reported to be interested in linking up with Davies, who played under him at West Brom before moving to Villa Park.
