Jermain Defoe drops to the bench to make way for club captain Keane, who has recently played second fiddle to the England marksman.
Ledley King and Luka Modric have recovered from their respective hamstring and ankle injuries to secure inclusion among the substitutes.
Fulham are unchanged following their 3-0 win over Manchester United on Saturday but include Andy Johnson, back after a groin problem, on the bench.
