Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce returned to work today for the first time since undergoing heart surgery.

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce returned to work today for the first time since undergoing heart surgery.

Allardyce has missed Rovers last four games – including Wednesday’s victory in the Carling Cup quarter-final against Chelsea – after undergoing an angioplasty last Friday.
