Given and Kilbane celebrate centuries
Shay Given and Kevin Kilbane have each been handed their 100th senior international caps as the Republic of Ireland bring their World Cup Group Eight qualifying campaign to a close against Montenegro tonight.
The 33-year-old goalkeeper, named as captain for the night, and the full-back, 32, are both named in the starting line-up.
Manager Giovanni Trapattoni has made six changes to the side which lined up against Italy on Saturday.
As expected, Keith Andrews and Aiden McGeady – who like Given each have one yellow card – are rested alongside the suspended Glenn Whelan.
Also rested are John O’Shea, Kevin Doyle and Liam Lawrence – with Paul McShane, Martin Rowlands, Liam Miller, Stephen Hunt, Damien Duff and Noel Hunt coming into the team.
Montenegro coach Zoran Filipovic, without the banned Stevan Jovetic, makes three changes to the team which recorded a first ever competitive victory as an independent nation against Georgia at the weekend.
Milan Jovanovic, Milorad Pekovic and Andrija Delibasic get the nod.
