Ancelotti delighted with Kalou deal

Chelsea coach Carlo Ancelotti believes striker Salomon Kalou will play an important part in the future of the club after the Ivory Coast international signed a new three-year contract.

Kalou follows Didier Drogba, John Terry, Ashley Cole, John Mikel Obi, Florent Malouda, Hilario and Michael Mancienne in agreeing new deals since the end of last season.
