Tevez joined City to continue winning streak

Argentina striker Carlos Tevez took a risk in signing for Manchester City after he was convinced by manager Mark Hughes’ ambitions for the club, according to the player’s agent Kia Joorabchian.

The 25-year-old chose to move to Eastlands from Manchester United in the summer with a number of Europe’s top sides also interested in him.
