Dunne and St Ledger fit to face Italy

Richard Dunne and Sean St Ledger took full part in Republic of Ireland training this evening at Malahide, and both are fit to face Italy at Croke Park on Saturday.

The defensive pair had been suffering with an ankle knock and thigh problem respectively.

Shay Given sat out today's session, but assistant Irish coach Marco Tardelli said the keeper is fully fit, and ready to earn his 99th cap in this weekend's World Cup qualifier.
