Rossiter and Heary injured for Bohs

Glentoran and Bohemians meet in the opening fixture of this season’s Setanta Sports Cup at The Oval tonight (kick-off 5.30pm).

Bohemians will be without injured defenders Mark Rossiter (shoulder) and Owen Heary (hamstring) for trip north.

Gypsies boss Pat Fenlon said: “I know the lads will enjoy playing at The Oval, where there’ll be a good atmosphere.”

Northern Ireland international Keith Gillespie is set to make his debut for Glentoran at The Oval against Bohs.

The former Newcastle United and Manchester United midfielder played a reserve game on Tuesday and has been drafted into the squad for Saturday’s fixture.

Gillespie has returned to the Irish League as he hopes to get a recall to the Northern Ireland squad.
