Everton manager David Moyes is confident Jo will be fit for the start of the Barclays Premier League season after the striker limped off in last night’s friendly defeat at Blackpool.
The Brazilian, on a season-long loan from Manchester City, scored the equaliser before injuring his ankle and leaving Bloomfield Road on crutches.
