Paul Keegan saved Bohemians’ bacon with a last gasp equaliser before extra-time goals from Ken Oman and Joseph Ndo booked their place in the EA Sports Cup final after a thriller at Dalymount.

Keegan deprived 10-man Sligo of a memorable win when levelling two minutes into added time at the end of 90 minutes.

Defender Oman then put Bohs in front for the first time on 99 minutes, heading home Keegan’s corner.

Ndo galloped through from midfield to slot home their fourth goal two minutes later.

Sligo deservedly led 1-0 at the break following Matt Blinkhorn’s 38th minute lob over Matt Gregg.

Sligo had new signing Martin Camano shown a straight red card for a “last man” trip on Jason Byrne on 48 minutes before Bohs levelled six minutes later; Neale Fenn shooting home from a tight angle.

Sligo restored their lead within five minutes from Alan Keane‘s penalty before Keegan earned Bohs’ reprieve a the death.

Bohs face the winners of tonight’s other semi-final between UCD and Waterford United in the decider on September 26.
