Kevin Doyle to learn extent of Achilles injury

Kevin Doyle will find out today if he is in with a chance of making the Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Bulgaria.

The Reading striker is set to undergo an MRI scan on the Achilles injury he picked up in Saturday's Championship play-off game against Burnley.
