Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan claims the Old Firm should have to pay a £100m (€112.5m) dowry to join the English league.

Bolton’s Phil Gartside will propose the formation of a second tier of the Barclays Premier League, including Rangers and Celtic, during a meeting with fellow chairmen on Thursday.
