Rangers manager Walter Smith has seven players missing through injury for tomorrow’s Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Motherwell.

Kyle Lafferty (ligament damage), Kenny Miller (hamstring), Kirk Broadfoot (foot), Lee McCulloch (calf) and long-term casualty Kevin Thomson (knee) are all still out.

They have been joined on the casualty list by DaMarcus Beasley (ribs) and Sasa Papac (ankle), who were both injured against St Mirren on Wednesday night.

Rangers will also be without Barry Ferguson and Allan McGregor, who continue to serve a two-week club suspension.

Provisional squad: Alexander, Whittaker, Bougherra, Weir, Dailly, Davis, Edu, Mendes, Naismith, Boyd, Novo, G Smith, Aaron, Lennon, Fleck, Velicka, Little, Wilson.
