Middlesbrough skipper Emanuel Pogatetz has been ruled out for three weeks with a knee injury and will miss tomorrow’s Premier League match at home to Hull.

Middlesbrough skipper Emanuel Pogatetz has been ruled out for three weeks with a knee injury and will miss tomorrow’s Premier League match at home to Hull.

The Austria international is replaced in the squad by fellow defender Chris Riggott, who has recovered from a thigh injury.

Midfielder Gary O’Neil starts a two-match suspension following his 10th yellow card of the campaign at Bolton last week, while Boro hope winger Adam Johnson will pass a late fitness test on his injured ankle.
