Tottenham striker Darren Bent retained his place in the team against Blackburn at Ewood Park after recovering from a knee problem that caused him to miss England’s World Cup qualifier against Ukraine.

Ledley King, as expected, partnered Jonathan Woodgate at the back as manager Harry Redknapp named an unchanged side.
