Fellaini and Saha set to start

Everton expect to have midfielder Marouane Fellaini and striker Louis Saha in their starting line-up for the FA Cup home quarter-final with Middlesbrough.

Fellaini has started only one of Everton’s last five matches because of a back problem, and – like Saha (hamstring) – was used only as a late substitute at Blackburn on Wednesday.
