McShane and Doyle doubtful for Georgia tie

Paul McShane and Kevin Doyle are injury doubts for Wednesday's World Cup qualifier against Georgia.

McShane has been unable to play for Sunderland for their past two games due to a hamstring problem.

Doyle, meanwhile, collided heavily with Preston goalkeeper Andy Lonergan while playing for his club, Reading, on Saturday.

Elsewhere, Steve Finnan has been ruled out of Wednesday's qualifier, with Preston's Eddie Nolan called up to the squad as defensive cover.
