Stoke have signed defender Stephen Kelly on loan from Birmingham after being granted special dispensation by the Premier League.

Stoke have signed defender Stephen Kelly on loan from Birmingham after being granted special dispensation by the Premier League.

Right-back Kelly, 25, joins the Premier League side until the end of the season.
