Preston complete permanent deal for Wallace

Preston have completed the permanent signing of Sunderland winger Ross Wallace for an undisclosed fee.

Wallace, 23, has impressed greatly since joining the Coca-Cola Championship outfit on loan in August and has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal.
