Wenger names strong side for Plymouth tie

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger named a strong side for this afternoon’s FA Cup third-round tie against Coca-Cola Championship side Plymouth at the Emirates Stadium.

Young Pole Lukasz Fabianski and Welsh teenager Aaron Ramsey were the only fringe players handed a chance, with Dutch forward Robin van Persie named captain in the absence of the injured Cesc Fabregas.
