Simpson could get Baggies bow

West Brom could hand a debut to on-loan Arsenal striker Jay Simpson in Saturday’s FA Cup third round clash with Peterborough at The Hawthorns.

Simpson, 20, has joined the Baggies for the remainder of the season and is eligible to face Darren Ferguson’s side.

Defender Paul Robinson will return after serving a one-match suspension against Tottenham for incurring five bookings, but Gianni Zuiverloon (knee), James Morrison (groin) and Robert Koren (flu) are doubts.
