Manchester City will check on the fitness of Micah Richards and Felipe Caicedo ahead of tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League trip to Blackburn.

Defender Richards (hamstring) and two-goal striker Caicedo (calf) were both substituted during yesterday’s 5-1 win over Hull as precautionary measures after experiencing tightness.

Provisional squad: Hart, Zabaleta, Dunne, Richards, Ball, Wright-Phillips, Ireland, Kompany, Elano, Robinho, Caicedo, Onuoha, Fernandes, Jo, Vassell, Garrido, Sturridge, Hamann, Clayton, Ben Haim, Schmeichel.
