Gareth Southgate is expected to stick with an unchanged starting XI for the third successive match as his Middlesbrough side prepare to host West Ham at the Riverside tomorrow.

The Boro boss will almost certainly keep faith with the players who held Blackburn at Ewood Park last weekend and overcame Manchester City in midweek.

Mohamed Shawky (thigh) has been sidelined for three weeks, while tomorrow’s game has come too soon for Robert Huth (ankle).

Mido (groin) and Justin Hoyte (hip) both trained today and have an outside chance of making Southgate’s squad.

Boro (from): Turnbull, Wheater, Taylor, Riggott, Pogatetz, O’Neil, Digard, Aliadiere, Downing, Tuncay, Alves, Jones, Hoyte, Grounds, Arca, Walker, Emnes, Johnson A, Mido.
