Win stretches Bohs lead to 16 points

A brilliant goal from Mark Rossiter sent Bohemians on their way to victory - and surely a tenth league title - as nearest challengers St Pat's finished with ten men.

Pat Fenlon's side are now 16 points clear at the top with eight games to play.

Pat's had Derek O'Brien sent off after just 28 minutes for a lunge on Anto Murphy and somehow kept the game scoreless until half time after Bohs' Killian Brennan hit the bar from a penalty just before the break.

But Rossiter fired Bohs in front on 48 minutes from 25 yards with Crowe sliding home the second nine minutes later.

Byrne completed the rout with a tap in from John Paul Kelly's cross six minutes from time.
