Drogheda United travel to the Showgrounds to face Sligo Rovers on Saturday knowing that a victory would put them in contention for a UEFA Cup spot, kick-off 8.00pm.

For Sligo, Steve Feeney returns to the injury list for at least six weeks, joining Matthew Judge having picked up a bad ankle injury in training.

Danny Ventre returns from suspension to bolster boss Paul Cook's squad.

United have doubts over midfielders Shane Barrett and Richie Baker, while Dan Connor remains absent with a hip injury.

Also missing is Stuart Byrne so Brian Shelley is likely to revert to his preferred right-back position, with Shaun Maher, Graham Gartland and John Tambouras fighting it out for the two centre-back positions.

Joe Kendrick is likely to continue on the left.
