'Unfocused' Berbatov left out of Spurs squad

Manchester United target Dimitar Berbatov has not been included in Tottenham’s squad for today’s Premier League match against Sunderland.

Head coach Juande Ramos has issued a statement saying the striker is not “focused enough”.
