Harps blew a two-goal lead, but the point was still enough to lift them out of the relegation zone.

Neil McCafferty opened Harps' account with his first goal of the season on the half hour, beating James McCarthy in the Ramblers goal with a terrific left foot shot from 25 yards.

Recent signing Davy Byrne scored his first for Harps to double their lead on 59 minutes.

A Davin O'Neill penalty got bottom-of-the-table Cobh back into it on 65 minutes before Graham Cummins set up Daryl Kavanagh to level a minute from time.
