Portsmouth have accepted a bid from Rangers in the region of £3m for midfielder Pedro Mendes.

Portsmouth have accepted a bid from Rangers in the region of £3m for midfielder Pedro Mendes.

Moving in the opposite direction is Jerome Thomas who has joined Pompey on a season-long loan from Charlton.
