Aaron Labonte and Conor Gethins scored second half goals to end Harps' four match losing streak and give their hope of avoiding relegation a real boost.

Defender Labonte broke the deadlock on 52 minutes.

Gehtins then rattled an 80th minute penalty off the Rovers' bar after Austin Friel had been taken down by Ger O'Brien.

But the little striker made amends in three minutes into stoppage time to shoot into an empty net following a counterattack from a corner with Rovers' keeper Barry Murphy stranded up field.
