Murphy may debut against Sligo
Galway United and Sligo Rovers go head-to-head in tonight's eircom League of Ireland Premier Division clash at Terryland Park, kick-off 7.45pm.
Alan Murphy signed earlier this week for Galway from Shamrock Rovers and is available for selection as is Mark McCulloch and Ciaran Foley who are both back from injury.
The game, which will be broadcast live on TG4, is Jeff Kenna's first derby match at Terryland Park and the United boss believes his squad is still strong enough to stay in the division.
Kenna, who is now registered as a player and may name himself in the squad, said: "We still have a squad that is good enough to survive in this league and that is what I will be making sure happens starting tomorrow evening at Terryland Park."
Séamus Coleman is Sligo's only injury concern ahead of the trip to Galway.
And midfielder Anto Murphy may have played his last game for Rovers as he is likely to be signing for Bohemians.
