Rangers turn doen bid for Boyd

Rangers have confirmed they have rejected an offer for striker Kris Boyd.

The Scottish giants have not identified the bidding club, however 24-year-old Boyd has reportedly been the subject of a £2.5m offer from last season’s FA Cup finalists Cardiff.

A statement from Rangers read: “In light of media reports today, Rangers Football Club can confirm we have received a bid for striker Kris Boyd which was rejected.”
