Chelsea trio included in France squad

France have named three Chelsea players in their 30-man provisional squad for next month's European Championships in Austria and Switzerland.

Coach Raymond Domenech has included Claude Makelele, Florent Malouda and Nicolas Anelka for the tournament.

Manchester United full-back Patrice Evra is the party but there is no place for team-mate Mikael Silvestre.

Arsenal defender William Gallas is also named in the squad but club colleagues Bacary Sagna and Gael Clichy miss out.

Portsmouth midfielder Lassana Diarra is also one of the six Premier League players called up.
