Wanderers hoping to gain extra points against Ramblers

Bray Wanderers will take some recent good form into tomorrow night’s clash with Cobh Ramblers at the Carlisle Grounds, kick-off 7.45pm.

Eddie Gormley’s side have put their bad start behind them and have since moved into mid-table safety.

Under-19 international Derek Foran is a doubt for Bray as he is struggling with a groin strain.

But Gormley will give the central defender as much time as necessary to prove his fitness before he names his starting eleven.

There are also slight doubts about Ger Rowe and Gary McCabe as both have hamstring problems.

Back into the squad comes Andy Myler who has recovered from an ankle injury, while John Mulroy and Andre Georgescu are back in training but are not quite ready for this week.

Gormley said: "I was delighted to get the win in Galway and get another three points.

"If we can produce another performance like that on Friday we will be there or thereabouts.”

Cobh travel with a full squad and Shane Barrett returns to the squad and should start the game in Bray.
