Geremi has warned former side Chelsea that Newcastle are gearing up to ruin their Premier League title dreams.

Chelsea’s penultimate match of the season is at St James’ Park next Monday and Avram Grant’s side need a victory to ensure the title race with Manchester United goes to the last day of the season.
